need to upgrade to 0.54 because 0.53 setup is broken

the 0.53 setup uses z-hub.io to download zpush and the url is no longer valid, causing a failed setup.

0.54 fixed this issue.

PS: Thanks for the effort in making quota possible!

Upgraded to 57a
