This Issue is about the new version of JRuby, 9.2.6.0

Inspiration: This issue has sha512 values - https://github.com/rvm/rvm/pull/4614

Thanks. I am currently in the hospital for a minor surgery. Can you make a PR and I can merge? From there will need to update the docker-library/official-images repo.

To update, just update the version in 9000/VERSION and run update.sh
