oh crap you're right - the jar version is now hard-coded in jruby-rack.rb I should have put it in jruby/rack.rb but didn't https://github.com/jruby/jruby-rack/commit/185948167f727aa8173811958e157a4b72d315de might cause issues with the latest trinidad - I shall fix that, any other issues you're seeing ? most should be fixable with a require but I yank and re-release if it's a serious issue ...
OK, so this might break a thing or two - thus I rather released 1.1.13.1 with this single fix in jruby-rack.rb. Thanks a lot!
1.1.12 has a require 'jruby/rack/version' which i believe was removed from 1.1.13.
