Stop appending -SNAPSHOT to prereleases #13

This is intended to fix #12. First attempt does not appear to resolve the issue.

@mkristian Is there somewhere else I would need to modify to stop marking these gems as SNAPSHOT? I think that is just more trouble than it is worth.
