Pixiv - Doesn't record login required streamers #121

The pixiv plugin works perfectly well for streamers that don't require a login to view, but it doesn't recognize streamers that require a login to view. Could you add support for login authentication.

It should be possible. Please provide the appropriate streamlink command that works to view these streams, and then I can update streamdvr to allow those options to be passed on the command line for lookup/recording.

The commands are --pixiv-username USERNAME --pixiv-password PASSWORD.

I think everything looks good, but I can't test myself. Please let me know if there are any issues.

Forgot to mention, just add your username/password to pixiv.yml in the new fields.

Sorry to bother you again, but I was wondering if you could add cache login credentials. Everything is working fine with with the login, but it keeps having to login to the server every 10 minutes or so, I thought this wouldn't be problem until I got an email from pixiv telling me to stop.
