fc2 Convert Issue #75

fc2 downloads to .ts, however when it goes into conversion I either have nothing or it converts to name.mp4 (0 bytes). When I have nothing it will say something to the effect of can't find the .ts file.

Any thoughts?

fc2 was never really completely functional (so I didn't put it in the readme). After I finish cleaning up a big streamlink mess, I'll look into fc2 more. It should still be a streamlink supported site I believe.

fc2 support has been removed. If someone can find a streamlink/youtube (or other program) that can fetch m3u8s, I can re-add support.
