WARNING: Lots of config.yml format changes - backup before pulling #91

To avoid messy merge conflicts, I recommend copying your config.yml before pulling latest code, and then merging over your settings to the new formatted files.

Apologies for all the config changes. Hopefully things won't disruptive going forward now that it has been mostly cleaned up.
