[bug] Cannot request the Qt Code Review website well.

Problem Description

Recently, I found that this Rview App is not working well with Qt Code Review website.

For example. If I tried to click the "RETRY" to reload the information in the "OUTGOING" tab, there would be an "invalid request" showing up.
