Error when downloading ImageMagick binaries from download.imagemagick.org #1

First, thank you for your great work.

When it downloads ImageMagick binaries from download.imagemagick.org, it throws out several cert errors.

I think we need to change the url.

Run mfinelli/setup-imagemagick@v1.1.0
Hostname/IP does not match certificate's altnames: Host: download.imagemagick.org. is not in the cert's altnames: DNS:imagemagick.net
Waiting 20 seconds before trying again

Sorry, but this project has been paused for a while. Do you still need the improvement?

If not, I will close this issue. Sorry for the unreasonable delay
