Duplicate shortcode #39

Accoding to the README, both the rename and remove options use the shortened flag '-r'. Since the application uses '-r' as remove, the '-r' under rename should be removed in the README.

Thanks for the issue. I have added -rn as the shortcode for rename now and fixed the documentation.
