Hi jrupesh,

I tried to enable "Always notify me of changes in tickets related to a ticket I'm involved in" in Email notifications setting of my account area.

After I checked the checkbox and saved it, this item was still unchecked on the page.

It seems that the input tag missed the attribute checked="checked".

My Redmine version is 3.4.2
