Just added and updated events ? #43

Hi I first thank you for this plugin but once installed I just find 'added' and 'updated' events. I believed it was possible to only send the email notifications when (for example) some notes are added to a task and avoid sending notifications when the state is changed

Hi What I am lookign for is to be able to restrict the email notifications sending when notes are added to an issue. Currently the email is sent when we change any field of the issue.

When you edit a profile we can't select the events that will trigger the notification emails.
