Add speed/memory usage/etc benchmark comparison with other DICOM packages

Comparison with pydicom and other DICOM handling packages should be added at some point. Some helpful benchmark(s):

• Anonymization (for text/other well-formatted data)
• Anonymization (for text burnt into images, like text embedded in image)
• File Read
• File Write
• Basic Info Retrieval

Doesn't seem like a high-priority issue, though.
