Current code depends on older version of the mobile angular ui library. Needs to be migrated into new version. http://mobileangularui.com/

Or perhaps, ditching the mobile-angular-ui which is not mature and switching to bootstrap's ratchet(only css though) might be better option. http://goratchet.com/
