but the bot is made with js? there are many bots using this js.org tho :(

Just because it is built with JavaScript doesn't make it directly related to the JavaScript ecosystem/community. I imagine bots that have pages on js.org requested their subdomains prior to the rules being changed here to be more focused on JS-related content, rather than just anything.

Before JS.ORG can accept a pull request there has to be "reasonable content" on the page (as stated in step 1 of the readme!). There has to be at least an index.html with some texts, links, images,... You should give anybody a clear picture what your page is (or will be) about.

It qualifies, and it gives a clear understanding of the project. And Its not a portfolio, its a landing page for the bot.

No, it does not qualify... please don't tell me how to run a repo I help maintain. What you're requesting a subdomain here for is a Discord bot, not anything related to the JavaScript ecosystem/community that a JavaScript developer might use/be interested in.
