Website with only library usage examples #9127

Is a website like this ok to claim a website:

https://jcubic.github.io/wayne/

It's a JavaScript library, but the website only have examples/demos.

As a user hitting this site, I'd probably expect to find some information on what the demo is demo'ing, and how I'd use said thing myself? It's hard to know that this is even a JS project with demos that don't explain what they are demo'ing.

That being said, we can't make final determinations in issues, please open a PR with your request if you think it meets the requirements for js.org.

Ok, thanks. I will wait until I have some website. Right now the details are in README on GitHub. The GitHub pages is only for examples. I don't expect to have visitors outside of Git repo.
