Shutting down webrtc-p2p-broker.herokuapp.com? #25

As this project appears to be dead I'd like to shut down webrtc-p2p-broker.herokuapp.com. Let me know before the end of this week if that Heroku app should remain running.

If the project is indeed dead it might be a good idea to archive the repository.
