Update Ember Montevideo meetup link #3

Hi,

We now have site for ember-montevideo meetup https://ember-montevideo.github.io/

This PR changes the link from the github url to ember.js.uy based on:

I run a Uruguayan JS community, can I have a js.uy domain?

Sure, the idea is to give the whole Uruguayan JS community a stronger image not to own anything so please ✉️ and I can add your CNAME to the Antel DNS.

It would be awesome if you could add the CNAME for ember.js.uy to ember-montevideo.github.io, I already open a PR with the other work needed in ember-montevideo

@marpo60 I tried pointing the Antel CNAME to ember-montevideo.github.io and waited a couple of days without any luck. I get the correct configuration from the dig command but it's not working.

I'm trying now pointing to the CNAME record to github's IP address 192.30.252.153. Tried locally overriding my host fils and it did the trick, lets wait for the DNS propagation to see if this actually works.

That's odd, If dig was showing the correct configuration it should had worked. Anyway A records should work. Github help pages suggest to create two Address records in the DNS https://help.github.com/articles/setting-up-an-apex-domain/#configuring-a-records-with-your-dns-provider

Earlier I just added an A record to point to github's IP. Tried yesterday the CNAME pointing to github's IP but again it didn't work, I think the A record should do the trick.
