Please update your bspProtect and try again.

Afterwards could you please upload the logs folder of bspProtect. You can find it under C:\Users\<YourName>\AppData\Roaming\bspProtect\

Type "%appdata%" into the search and zip the "bspProtect" folder within it. Send that zip here
