Re-do the bower logic to use the official openui5 bower resources #24

This is done for the openui5-sample template. At this point the grunt-openui5 preload task does not work with assets in the root directory... they need to be in a subdirectory such as "webapp". If this gets resolved we may then edit the generated grunt files. Alternatively it may be better to structure UI5 apps in a webapp folder as the grunt code is simpler...
