Add JADS Node.js server as a grunt task #8

Need to add capability to JADS.js to handle URL alias' as you do with Apache's http.conf. I.e. we need to be able to specify a local location for the UI5 libs with a url such as: /sapui5/resources/sap-ui-core.js.

Just update "server_alias_locations" in config.js.
