Add Shim to BLTouch Install #14

The BLTouch sensor is too high using the standard mount and a V6 hotend. It needs a 2mm - 3mm shim.

Antlabs recommends a offset of between 2.3mm to 4.3mm from the nozzle tip doc reference

You used 12mm M3 screws and a 2mm shim. Might want to go to a 3mm shim instead as I think you're close to the top end of 4mm offset.

Include directions on verifying this later. During your checkout procedure.

This is the shim I used https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3444787. Include that in our project.

Instead of adding a shim. Just redesign this part.
