New function: getNoninvarItems #99

Runs lavTestScore + parTable and returns df (already matched/labeled) of which items (and measurement parameters) are causing strain when equated

Called it getConstraintTests(), but have the skeleton written. Also makes me think of scrapping outputModel in favour of more specific "get"-ers
