Adding review takes time. Need Line number to and from in the review editor #130

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Click on the line where you need to review
2. Right click and select add Review
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The review got added at different lines for different comment

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.
When I selected a line to add review by mistake the cursor moved to another 
line and after adding a review it got added in for the inline where the cursor 
was and not where i had the cursor first

Also when I select multiple line and add review the description box is getting 
filed by the code.

Summary can be auto completed from previous review comments
