Allow some sort of indication of issues that occur in multiple places

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a review issue at a line.
2. Later create another review issue at another line, for the exact same
problem.
3. Note that there is no correlation between the repeated issues.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Some sort of indication that an issue occurs multiple times, without just
duplicating the issue.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
3.5.1, WinXP.

Which Eclipse bundle do you have?
A. Eclipse IDE for Java EE Developers

Please provide any additional information below.

I'm not sure what this should look like, but if I note the same problem
that occurs multiple times in a file, it would be nice if I could simply
indicate what multiple source code lines the issue occurs on, instead of
having to reenter the same information for each issue.
