The subscription in the shift plan could be made more clearly and smoothly if the individual shift plans in the overview could be "folded out" / "collapsed".

I don't think this is necessary. The thing is that this would blast the design. Every shift has descriptions etc. which are relevant and need to be displayed which takes up a lot of space.
