Fixed liveEndpoint #1

Hi,

I've fixed the liveEndpoint as it was still using the old URL and also modified the readme file to fix the markdown syntax.

BTW massive thanks for this package. I've been tasked with implementing RedSys for a client, but as a non-Spanish speaker it has been challenging. Your package has helped greatly!

If you are using Symfony2 I have also developed a Bundle to integrate this lib. I had plans to publish it months ago, but completly forgot about it. Let me know if you are interested.

I'm using CakePHP, but it was relatively simple to use with Composer.
