[WIP] v0.5.0 es6 + webpack + npm (for browserify support) #63

Basic functions work for me with this build, although need to get the tests all passing with more manual testing.

Need to produce a minified build for distribution as well.

This is hosted on npm as dancer-browserify in the meantime, as it is browserify-compatible.
