Install Cryptg to make downloads faster #55

According to the telethon documentation at https://docs.telethon.dev/en/stable/quick-references/faq.html?highlight=ban#file-download-is-slow-or-sending-files-takes-too-long installing cryptg via pip installl cryptg should make downloads much faster. If that is true, it would be awesome to implement it.

Thank you very much, I added it but I don't see a big improvement, but I added it anyway

I don't think Telethon supports tgcrypto, rather, cryptg instead?
