Global annotations #524

Is there a way to globally annotate an image or to add an image-wide label?

The use case is for annotating images in a corpus that do not contain any object to be annotated: instead of leaving it in the "not yet annotated" state, I would like to mark them as "annotated but contains nothing".

You can click setting button to modify METADATA at annotating page.
