Misc fixes and testing enhancements for V3. Includes:

Fix maths.utils.intersect type defintion. Thanks @youssefsharief
Add tests for maths.utils.intersect
Fix slice.toString
Add tests for *.toString to all geometries
Make toString more similar across geometries
Minor comment fixes
