ALL :

The download link package IS NOT the newest build.  Most of the problems I have 
seen posted are FIXED but you have to access the SVN repository to get that 
version.  It has all the "Missing" functions and fixes most issues!  For the 
US-EN version the link is :

Main problem however is that its DST handling is still switched (ie -700 == MST 
even in DST time, this is wrong as can be) and that it's parse function is 
busted (the native parse works better in all cases) - eg 
""2013-09-06T02:15:00Z" when parsed shouldn't be converted to 2:15am PST if 
you're in that time zone but 2:15am UTC.

opened up a fork and fixed a LOT of issues (including the problem above): 
https://github.com/abritinthebay/datejs/issues/146

Has the absolute latest code with a LOT of the issues on here fixed.
