[Suggestion] Rename the file name to powershell-mode.el #1

I would like to add a recipe of your this great elisp package for powershell to MELPA, but powershell.el already exist. See http://www.emacswiki.org/emacs/Powershell.el.

Could you please rename the file name to powershell-mode.el?

There's a powershell-mode on MELPA as well, I'll draft a pull request for MELPA to update their powershell recipe to point to mine.
