I currently use a "xamlid" initParam to tell a silverlight control what script-tag-scope to use; should it just use the ID of the Silverlight control? Then the "id" of the script-tag becomes the ID of the control, so that seems to make sense. Also, object tags are not added to the page at the same location as the XAML Githubissues.
