Installation instructions #100

If I recall correctly, taskopen docs had installations instructions, something about a prefix.. but I can't recall them exactly.. and my "installation" has gone a bit weird. Please add a brief install section to otherwise fine manual.

and on the subject of ideal taskopen install procedures, with regars to taskopen-related scripts (like editnote) I normally keep my task-related scripts in ~/.task/scripts/ (on my $PATH) what's the smarter way to integrate related scripts at install time? I know it's not really taskopen's "job", but it would be best if those scripts were immediately available.
