streaming bitrate #37

Thank you very much for creating this repository! I observed that the stream becomes noisy when the camera is moving fast. Is this because of lower bitrate? Will it improve if I reduce the resolution of streaming? Currently I am using 1080p. Is it possible to increase the streaming bitrate?
