Create local installer #6

Replaces the installer which downloads the script from the Internet.

Addresses issue #5

Would be great if this could be merged.

I think an even more intuitive way though would be to replace the install.sh script with a Makefile. And maybe also support installing to somewhere else, e.g. ~/.local/bin/
