Add workflow for tests #7

This runs the tests for PRs, each night, and allows manual run as well. The tests are run with the Ubuntu apt/AppImage/macos/windows versions of OpenSCAD, for versions 2015.03, 2019.05, 2021.01 and the nightly builds.
