Allow a client to view the entire ticket, this should require e-mail based login:

They may request the view from a link in the response e-mail
When the page loads it asks them if they want to login by e-mail
If they do, they get a new e-mail containing a login link that is usable for the next 30 minutes
Once it expires they'll need to do this again to view the ticket

This is to allow this system to be used securely while not requiring user accounts for every client.
