As discussion #110 , modified m106 command and added m107 command with support of P parameter. Added LCD controls and README section

I just commented in #110 why I don't think this sort of change is generically applicable enough. Sorry for any confusion on that front.

I do appreciate your interest, and if you plan on submitting PRs in the future I'd just suggest you review the guidance in the readme on PR formatting and style. Also, you want to be careful to avoid accidentally including unrelated changes, like the chamber heater section in lcd_menus.cfg.
