When using bed_mesh.cfg in optional folder, 1st layer is messed up. #252

When I first installed the macros, I included the bed_mesh.cfg in the optional folder in my config. However, that caused my 1st layer to always be messed up. Once I removed it from my config, my 1st layers were good again.

This could be due to KAMP being already part of Klipper at first guess. I didn't use this one though
