The CATS Column likely needs to be cleaned up and converted into a boolean.

Consider creating a separate feature for dogs that pass the Shelter Cat Test

Shelter Cat Test is the least predictive. If they fail it, no cats. If they pass it, it means that they didn't lunge and try to attack/eat the other cat
The cat test isn't always a guarantee since it's informal
Yes/Y/Lived With/Lives With are all the same and most predictive of how good a dog will be living with cats
No/N are the same -- dog CAN'T go to a home with cats because it will eat your cat :'(

Note: Values for this column also seem to be popping up in the BEHAVIORAL NOTES column. Make sure to check both!

Cross checked behavioral notes column with cats column and all seem to line up description wise
