Gender Column Errors #36

These dogs don't have gender in the gender column

@rkelley05 I addressed this issue and manually classified some of the genders based on name in the original _Master_AdoptionList.csv file. Make sure to re-pull that and re-rerun the ColumnCleanUp code and you should be good 👍🏻
