Do we include Foster Fails in our analysis? #9

I was playing around with the data and noticed that dogs like Belle (ID #ASSC-FD-20-0874) appear in the returns, but only appear in the Foster Fails (FF) sheet of the corresponding dog list. Should we include these?

Same goes for the Posted/Other sheet.

Example: Trixie (ID #CLAS-FD-20-1270)

Ignore the Foster Fails/Posted/Other Outcomes. These don't show up in the Adoption dataset anyways, so we should be good.
