Feature: Preserve input history across sessions #18

Should be able to hit up arrow when starting a new session and get the last text entered.

[x] save the readline history to a file and load it back for the next session
[x] CLI option to disable this
[x] disable if leading space
[x] prompt command to enable/disable this
[x] set max history buffer size
[x] rename .historylength (.conversationlength?) to avoid confusion
[x] custom history file location
