Feature: Dark mode #110

How about a way to toggle between a light and a dark mode. In the evenings the coworking party app stands out a bit too much due to light vs dark mode for all the rest 🙈

There's a few color choices that i need to put behind variables better. I've tried to use text-slate-500 for slightly muted text consistently e.g.. Always wanted to get better at CSS variables, so this is a good chance.

Dark Reader can be a good temporary solution for people, like me, who want to use darkmode on this (and other) website
