Feature: Opt-in to use geolocation info from CF headers #19

Automatically show logged in user's current location (country only?), but only if they explicitly opt in via their profile settings.

Goal: Make people feel connected, even if they are virtually coworking from other places.

Requires #6

Would be neat to eventually show on a map.
