Feature: Hide yourself while connected #38

Goal: For those moments where you don't want to list yourself, let a user be invisible (they don't appear in the list) but stay connected to the room.

This means any room specific statuses that would otherwise reset would remain too.

The room should always show how many hidden users are lurking though ;)

This is not contradicted by #76. Should still be able to perform hidden updates for logging purposes even under the new model described there.
