An area to show authenticated admins internal stats and over time administrate more things as the feature set grows.

Initially: basic stats on user accounts, breakdown by auth provider, recently joined users, active users, percentage online?, number of sessions/moods/tagline updates over recent time, PartyKit uptime, database usage
