Add a dedicated 'Live Now' link/badge that links to their stream if they pick the 'streaming' status option.

[ ] add user setting for streaming URL
[ ] default it to Twitch channel if using Twitch account to connect
[ ] add link to user list entry if using the streaming status (icon based on URL?)
